Certification in Satellite based Fibre/Wireless Network Design & Management, Certification in Advance Quality Assurance Skills from DIQA Bangalore, Certification in Logistics and Change Management skills.

Commander Vijay Pratap Singh, a distinguished veteran of the Indian Navy, currently serves as the Mentor and Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of NCC at Thakur College of Engineering and Technology (TCET). With his vast experience in naval operations and leadership, he oversees the functioning of both the Army and Naval Wings of the NCC unit, working closely with the Associate NCC Officer (ANO) and Care Taker Officer (CTO) to ensure seamless coordination and administration.

Under his dynamic mentorship, numerous cadets have proudly represented TCET at national and international-level camps and events, consistently showcasing excellence in leadership, discipline, and performance. He plays a key role in shaping the character and confidence of cadets by regularly conducting SSB-oriented lectures for defence aspirants, helping them identify their strengths and unlock their full potential.

Commander Singh is also actively involved in the administrative operations of the NCC office and serves as a pillar of guidance for the entire unit. His approach to mentorship emphasizes discipline, self-belief, and soft skill development, enabling cadets to not only perform within the NCC framework but also excel in their academic, professional, and personal journeys.
